싱가폴에서 월세로 살면서 한국과 가장 큰 다른 점은분기별로 해야 하는 에어컨 청소다. 퇴거시 분기별로 청소했다는 영수증을 제시하지 않으면보증금에서 깎인다고 한다. 우리 계약서(Tenancy Agreement)에는아래와 같이 적혀 있다.
